VJ, our Australian Stubby Tailed Red Cattle Dog, is the perfect dog for our farm life. She is my constant companion come rain, hail, or shine ... she demands peace within our farm animals, and will break up any fight going on .. she is enthusiastic with everything going on day to day, and she loves her mate Sammy the border collie. VJ is always checking on Sammy and fetching him from the house if there's something happening she know he likes. She's a true friend, worker, and all around sweetheart.
Add to this, she found us! VJ was a rescue dog, who had 4 homes, and was put in the pound twice - all this within the first 18 months of her life.
