After the floods
We've finally been able to survey our farm and we're going to be doing some serious clean up for a while. In a lot of ways we were some of the lucky ones, we're safe, our house is still standing and we only lost little River from our mob of over 30 alpacas but it's going to be a long journey back to where we were before the flood. Luckily we have an amazing community here in the Northern Rivers and the sheer amount of people we've seen this past week that are rolling up their sleeves and getting to work helping their neighbours day and night is truly beautiful.
