Shipping & Returns

All orders will be dispatched from Larnook, NSW, Australia. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details. If we can assist you with your order in any way, please be in touch with us at jaffdesignsandproducts@gmail.com or via the enquiry form on the Contact page.

 

Australian and New Zealand orders

 

Australian and New Zealand orders ship via AusPost for a flat rate of $7.00 for Standard and $12.00 for Express. 

If you would like to pick up your order at JenEric Alpaca Farm, please contact us before purchasing. For International orders, we generally ship via Express; please contact us for the shipping cost. International delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs. Please see below for estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched.

 

New Zealand: 4 – 6 business days

Asia Pacific: 6 – 14 business days

North America: 5 - 10 business days

Rest of World: 7 – 16 business days
 

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and you will receive a link to track your order.

 

Returns

We offer returns for faulty items. Please notify us via the enquiry form or email as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you have received an item you consider to be faulty. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

 

Faulty items

​

Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please send us an email at jaffdesignsandproducts@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will be in touch as quickly as possible. If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
